Dedicated IDEM site managers on every site, a single interface with brand, fit-out contractor and landlord; architectural details, finishes and systems checked against the concept, daily photo reports, punch lists and a BIM model updated at completion.
Result
Openings on time, fewer end of works reserves, appointment renewed on new locations.
