IDEM was born in Florence from the meeting of architecture and engineering. Architects, engineers, project and site managers work as one team, joined by selected professionals for every specialist discipline.
Where we come from
IDEM was founded in Florence in 2023, after more than ten years of the founders' work on luxury sites in Italy and abroad: boutiques, showrooms, hotels and residences for brands and owners who demand the best. The name is the programme: Integrated Design Engineering Management, three words that usually sit in three different offices.
How we work
A stable core in Florence and an international network of specialists, activated project by project. The client talks to one person, who answers for everything: from concept to commissioning. We work in Italian, English, French and Spanish, with bilingual documentation when the site is abroad.
What we believe
That the best technology is the one you cannot see. That a project is worth how it is delivered, not how it is presented. That luxury is a matter of detail and of keeping time.
