Data processed
Technical browsing data strictly needed to run the website (IP address, date and time of the request, pages visited), processed by the hosting provider as security logs. Data voluntarily entered by users in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, sector, city, surface, timing and message. The website uses no third party profiling or analytics tools.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to requests sent through the form or by email and, where requested, preparing professional proposals: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Complying with legal obligations if an appointment follows: Art. 6(1)(c).
Provision of data
Name, email and acknowledgement of this notice are required to receive a reply; the other fields are optional.
Methods and retention
Data are processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a professional appointment follows, in which case they are kept for its duration and for the subsequent legal terms. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider as set out in its terms of service.
Recipients
Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form collection) and Google Ireland Ltd (Google Workspace email) as processors; members of the IDEM network involved in the reply, bound by confidentiality. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing.
Transfers outside the EU
The hosting provider is based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or, alternatively, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
