International site management: one direction for openings on three continents
When a brand opens in sequence in New York, Las Vegas, Milan and Dubai, the risk is not the single worksite. It is the sum of differences: regulations, contractors, languages, time zones. Site management exists to turn those differences into a repeatable method.
One point of contact for brand, fit-out contractor and landlord
Each worksite has a dedicated site manager, but the client hears a single voice. The brand receives one stream of information, the landlord a stable technical counterpart, the fit-out contractor someone who knows the concept in detail. Decisions are made once and apply to everyone.
The brand standard, checked every day
The core task is checking that architectural details, finishes and services match the approved concept: joinery tolerances, lighting alignment, colour temperatures, integration of grilles. Every day we issue a photo report with progress, issues and decisions required, so that people thousands of miles away see the site as if they were there.
Local partners for what is local
Permits, fire regulations and dealings with authorities change from country to country. This is why we work with a network of selected local partners, coordinated under our direction: the brand gets local compliance without multiplying its points of contact.
Punch lists and reservations, before and not after
Snag lists are built during the works, room by room, not the day before opening. This is what reduces end of works reservations and delivers stores ready to welcome customers, not sites still to be finished.
The as built model as a legacy
At completion we update the BIM model to as built conditions. For a brand managing dozens of stores worldwide, having the real model of every store means faster maintenance, cheaper refurbishments and quicker future roll-outs.
